KINGQUEEN Won't Be Stopped As They 'Live It Up' With New Single via Curtain Call Records

April 2 - Los Angeles - KINGQUEEN, bursting through the pop rock scene with an undaunted mixture of gripping vocals and energizing instrumentals, takes no prisoners as they proclaim that nobody is going to stop them as they Live It Up. The new single from KINGQUEEN, which is their first with Curtain Call Records, is the follow-up to their 2020 Hollywood in Media Awards Rock Song of Year nominated, and 2021 Best Band Award at @music_video_underground Awards winning song Roller Coaster. It was most recently nominated for best music video at the Munich Music Video Awards, which took place on March 31st. KINGQUEEN, the brainchild and DIY-project from Ina (Sabrina Petrini), who gained success from her beginnings at Musicians Institute in Hollywood, where she hit the ground running with early shows at a packed House of Blues, to her record deal with B.A.M and Universal Music Group- all while still staying in school and earning her degree, despite her ever-busy schedule. She added to her success with her performance at the 2010 American Music Awards, as well as being featured on MTV, VH1 and LOGO TV with her track U MAKE ME (LOL).
In 2019, KINGQUEEN released their EP Get Loud alongside music videos for tracks One Day and Running Water, which had it's premiere and screening at the 2019 QueerX Film Festival in West Hollywood, California. In support of their EP, KINGQUEEN performed at The Viper Room, Out Web Fest, opening for Jussie Smollet at the Long Beach Pride main stage, the Whiskey A Go Go, as well as many other stops along their tour. Ina and the rest of KINGQUEEN are ready to set the stages ablaze and make proclaim to Live It Up in 2021.
